El Dorado Seaside Palms Adults Only, Xetna

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The location was stunning, right by the beach, and I loved how the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The dining options were diverse and offered high-quality food, but sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming with so many choices and some dining experiences were hit or miss. The rooms were comfortable but could do with some updates. Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel offers beautiful grounds and a great beach experience, with a friendly and helpful staff that goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. However, issues with restaurant availability and TUI's misleading all-inclusive claims greatly affected the vacation experience, leaving a sense of disappointment for what was supposed to be a special getaway.
